Refund Policy

We at Keenso Store want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You have 30 business days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as personal care products, and items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@keenso.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Timeline: The refund will be credited to your account within 3 days of our approval of the return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@keenso.store.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at support@keenso.store.
