Domestic Shipping within the United States

  • Free  Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Shipping Issues

  • If you have not received your order within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@keenso.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
