Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Keenso. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time you see at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations (Supported Countries)
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the United States (excluding remote areas).

Areas We Do Not Ship To: We do not ship to regions outside of the contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for the United States:

Standard Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 15-25 business days

Shipping Cost: Free for orders over $49

Expedited Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 7 business days

Shipping Cost: $14.99

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 72 hours. You can track your package via our tracking page or the carrier's official website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Keenso is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
